Production Planning and Purchasing Coordinator
Know how to keep a busy production facility running like a fine watch? Grignard Company has an immediate opening for a topflight Production Planning and Purchasing professional to join the production team in our ISO 9001-compliant facility in New Jersey.
Reporting directly to the company owners, you will:
- Work with account management and operations manager to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction
- Manage and schedule production personnel
- Provide costing for sales opportunities
- Plan production 6 weeks out
- Source current and new raw materials and services
- Manage all inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers and reveiving
To qualify you must have:
- Demonstrated production planning and purchasing experience
- Experience with packaging and/or specialty chemical products a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Chemical Operator
This is a labor position that requires heavy lifting and physical effort. We are looking to build to our exsisting team of Chemical Operator's. We will provide training and instructions for our ISO 9000 Quality Control program.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will:
- Perform blending operations following Quality Control procedures
- Test blends to ensure conformance with specifications and coordinate with QC Lab
- Verify and confirm delivery of all inbound product and raw materials
- Coordinate with warehousing and packaging staff to meet blending expectations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
To qualify you must have:
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for product quality
- English required

Sales: Government

- Call on prospective and existing government accounts
To Qualify you must have:
- Proven ability to handle cradle-to-grace sales activities, including cold calling, qualifying leads, closing the deal
- Experience developing public bids
- Experience using ACT! or Salesforce.com
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Initiative, drive and resourcefulness
- Willingness to travel when require

- Perform shipment out audit in compliance with customer requirements
- Perform packaging line QC
- Track and report on QC performance
- Develop and implement quality initiatives
To qualify you must have:
- Demonstrated QC experience in a busy production environment
- Proven ability to lead packaging line personnel
- Ability to keep accurate QC records
- English required; Spanish a plus

QC Lab Assistant
